    •    During drops or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

    •    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

    •    We currently ship within the United States and offer standard and expedited options.

    •    Delivery times are estimated at 3–7 business days for standard shipping once your order is dispatched.

Order Tracking

    •    Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package.

Lost or Delayed Packages

    •    Once handed to the carrier, richpr0blems is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. If issues arise, we’ll do our best to assist in resolving them with the carrier.
